For employees who are out of balance and needs to get back to their happy and heathy self

One-on-one sessions are for employees, who are out of balance and need extra attention and a more customized program for getting back in balance.

There can be many reasons for being out of balance, but the most common ones are stress, anxiety and insomnia. These conditions clouds our way of thinking, acting and being, which in turn effects our work, the people we work with as well as all the other people involved in our life. But most importantly it deeply affects the person experiencing the condition, which in turn affects their quality of life. However, the good news is that we can change our state of being and return to our natural state where we are happy and perform at our best. The most important thing is that the employee is openminded and willing to actively participate in their own change, because only the person itself can change their condition! We just provide the right tools and techniques and the support and guidance to ensure a positive outcome.

CONSULTATION

Getting An Understand Of The Individual


We start with a consultation where we meet the individual and get a holistic understanding of their issue and state of being. We always do a little practice of some mindful techniques with them at the first session and give them some homework for next time.

CUSTOMIZed program

Practicing Tools & Techniques Together


After the first session we then determine how many sessions are needed and start to customize a program that fits the employees situation and needs. We then inform the responsible person at the company for final approval. 

At our weekly meetings we will explain and practice the various techniques together. We might explore work-related strategies that can enhance the employees performance at work. The employee will then get homework which needs to be incorporated and practiced daily. Next sessions we talk about their experiences and progress.

All techniques and tools will be shared with the employee so they can practice on their own.

3.

FOLLOW-UP

Ensuring the Individual Keeps Going


It can be hard to keep up the good intentions after the program has ended and we therefore always meet with the employee a few weeks after having ended the program to see how they are holding up and to take note of their progress. Often the employee have a lot of questions as they start to practice on their own. New insights will come to them as they dive deeper and we find employees often need clarifying answers and guidance to continue their journey. Also, if the employee received work-related strategies these need a good amount of time to be incorporate and the results to show. and and we find employees often need clarifying answers and guidance in this period.

LOCATION

The sessions either takes place at the individual persons work or at our practice center in Copenhagen City depending on whether the individual is on sick leave or not. People with severe anxiety or stress might want to come to our practice center.
